Jason has been with McGowan’s Lawyer’s program since its inception. Prior to McGowan, Jason owned a boutique retail insurance group focused on professional liability insurance. A production underwriter, Jason’s job is not only to bring in business – he also directly underwrites accounts!
Monique Androne
Administrative and Billings Liason
Monique works “behind the scenes” to ensure all of your policies are properly serviced (endorsements, ERP’s, etc… and to setup our finance agreements with qualifying customers.
Rachel Deuring
Underwriting Manager
As a Managing Underwriter, Rachel rates, quotes, binds, and issues new business and renewal policies for our clients through our carrier partners. Rachel oversees the lawyers underwriting team’s new business and renewal workflows and underwriting staff.
Deborah DiMarco
Underwriting Manager – New Business Underwriter
As a managing underwriter – and with 35 years of experience underwriting lawyers – Debbie rates, quotes, binds, and issues policies for our clients through our carrier partners. Debbie has a particular focus on underwriting new business for our Zurich Lawyers Professional Liability Program.
Nadia Drabiak
Guard LPL Program Underwriter – Governmental Entities Manager
Nadia has been underwriting with McGowan for over two decades. As the Guard Underwriter, Nadia handles rating, quoting, binding, and issuing new and renewal business on behalf of Guard Insurance for McGowanPRO and our clients. She also manages our Governmental Entities Umbrella Program.
Liliana “Lily” Eden
Account Manager – Real Estate
With extensive experience in both commercial and personal lines insurance, Lily is an account manager handling Professional Liability for real estate agents, appraisers, and podiatrists.
Katherine “Katey” Hild
Real Estate E&O Program Manager
Katey is the program manager for the real estate professional liability program. She started as an underwriting assistant in our professional liability group, and now oversees McGowanPRO’s entire book of Real Estate related professional liability.
Nia Jones
Underwriting Assistant
Nia is an underwriting assistant to the Lawyers Program. Nia is responsible for numerous aspects of renewals, from solicitation of applications, to ensuring your accounts are clear for underwriters to work on, Nia works diligently for you.
Renaldo “Ron” Latchman
Underwriting Assistant
Ron is an underwriting assistant who helps clear and process new business and financing agreements. He works in the “back office” to ensure you have a smooth and easy customer experience.
Neil Patrick McGowan, Esq. MBA
Managing Director
Neil McGowan is the Managing Director of Professional Liability Programs. As an active attorney, Neil brings his legal expertise to bear in designing the programs and policies we offer. He also heads our internal Risk Consultation/ Reduction team to offer qualified, timely risk management advice and claims advice to our clients.
Megan Weisler
Underwriter
Megan is an Underwriter working on our Lawyers Professional Liability team. With over a decade of experience working in professional liability insurance, she works with our clients to ensure that their renewal policies are properly rated, quoted, bound, and issued.
